CV UNTUK PARA FRESH GRADUATE!!!!!!!

 



Curriculum Vitae (CV) atau resume adalah gambaran terhadap  diri Anda. CV termasuk hal yang  pertama dilihat perusahaan dari diri seorang pelamar saat melamar sebuah pekerjaan. CV merupakan usaha kita untuk memasarkan keahlian diri sendiri sehingga kita terpilih menjadi orang yang mengisi posisi kerja yang dibutuhkan. Lalu bagaimana cara membuat CV yang efektif, menarik dan laku dipasaran nih sobat???? Sebelumnya kita harus mengenal apa itu Curriculum Vitae ( CV )??

1.      Definition resume Curriculum Vitae ( CV )

CV has Latin Curriculum Vitae, and means my life journey. It can also be interpreted as information about a person's identity and life. At work, a CV is a sheet that contains a summary of your identity and achievements, starting from education, experience and achievements. A good CV is able to ensure that you are the right person for the job at the intended company. To make the right CV, you need to consider several important things.

e.g : ability to work under pressure and proven skills.

e.g : to make and display something to the best of skill

• Innovative

e.g : I suggested an innovative idea to my boss and it was happily accepted.

• good communication skills

e.g: customer service reps need good communication skills in doing so

• Professional

e.g : professional in doing all the work

• Using a creative approach

e.g : using a creative approach to developing ideas into actionable things

• Good organizational skills

e.g : good organizational skills can manage a heavy workload.

• Have a strong attention to detail

e.g : members of the finance team must pay attention to detail to keep important files and        minimize errors.

• Starting alone

e.g : we're looking for highly motivated beginners with excellent communication skills.

a.       CV or resume for companies that are hiring to make it easier to evaluate applicants' competencies and talents that are relevant to what the company needs.

b.      CV or Resume for Applicants is to describe the capabilities possessed in a realistic way and in accordance with what is needed by the company.

This type of CV prioritizes education and work experience in chronological order, used if you have had the same type of work throughout your career that you have done during your career in the world of work.

b.      Curriculum Vitae based on skills.

This type of CV focuses on skills rather than work experience. suitable for fresh graduates and people who want to change jobs to a different field from their previous work.

Bagaimana cara membuat Job interview yang baik dan benar dalam bahasa inggris?

 



Apa itu job interview?

Job interview sering dianggap tahap paling sulit dan menakutkan bagi semua orang . di sini dapat terlihat karakter dan kemampuan anda yang sebenarnya. Disebabkan karena banyak lulusan yang kurang dalam kalimat bahasa inggris, padahal banyak sekali perusahaan yang  mencari orang-orang dengan kemampuan bahasa inggris.

Job interview adalah pertemuan antara perusahaan dengan calon karyawan. Pihak dari Perusahaan akan menanyakan persoalan dan hal untuk mengetahui apakah anda layak atau tidak untuk  bergabung di perusahaan mereka. Dalam bahasa Indonesia itu sendiri arti job interview adalah lamaran kerja. Nah kali ini kita akan belajar tentang job interview dari Definition, Expressions/sentences, Sample of interviews. Dan video contohnya.

1.      Definition ( Defnisi )

kali ini kita belajar tentang job interview dibawah ini menjelaskan tentang job interview apa itu definisi job interview?

A job interview is a conversation that takes place between an interviewer and a job applicant. During a job interview, the interviewer or employer has the opportunity to judge based on appearance, and general requirements for job interview requirements. In detail, applicants must learn about the desired position. then have to figure out if your needs and interests will be met.

2.    Expressions/sentences ( ungkapan/kalimat )

Point ke dua ini tenang ungapan kalimat yang baik bisa kita ungkapkan saat wawancara kerja dan pelajari sebelum wawancara.

some helpful questions for the most frequently asked types of job interview questions, among others:

a.       Take a look at your education and qualifications, or any training you've received: 

            E.g:

 -       I graduated from (university/college etc.) in (year)… 
-          I studied at (university/college) …
-          I got a diploma in (.......) after that I went to college (.......)

b.       Focus on yourself, especially on work experience and career:

 E.g: 

-          I work for (company name) as (.......)
-          I worked in (the field) for (a period of time) …
-          I was recommended for (work role

c.      Describe what you are good at and what motivates you:

    E.g:
-          I am a hard worker, trustworthy, firm, patient, able to work in a team, committed, focused, always active and disciplined.
-          I can work well under pressure.

d.       Use a stronger intensifier:

    E.g: 

-          I am very organized and very focused.

e.      You highlight language skills:

    E.g: 

-          I have English communication skills, both orally and in writing.

f.       Include any technical or occupational expertise that might help with the role:

    E.g: 

-          I'm very proud of (the last project I was involved in) because (......)

g.        talk about where you're from, and where you grew up: 

    E.g: 

      -          I was born in (.......) and raised in (.......).

h.      that tests asking questions about your technical skills, approach will help you stay focused on the answers.

i.      Show that you can solve the problem:

    E.g: 

-          A good thing that comes to you.

j.        it's a good idea to give examples of how you could use your skills on the job:

    E.g: 

-          I am involved in several jobs such as (...…)

k.        if asked to talk about how you want to grow and how you see the future:

3.      Etiquette ( etiket )

Etiket atau etika itu sendiri adalah point penting saat wawancara, pewawancara bisa melihat diri kita dari luar apakah kita layak atau tidak untuk bergabung di perusahaannya. Nah kali ini ada beberapa hal yang ahrus diperhatikan

-          Have a good Prepare.
-          Show a good professional attitude
-          Use positive body language and not a lot of body movement
-          Use sentences that are easy to understand
-          don't look panicked
-          Express gratitude for giving the opportunity
-          Don't play on your own cell phone
-          Show Gratitude to end the conversation.

B = I really understand that as a newcomer and as a drafter it takes a lot of time to work on a project. So I am ready if I have to work overtime with consideration of the appropriate salary

Nah kali ini kita berkesempatan belajar Application letter dalam bahasa inggris nih dari pengertian , struktur , sampai  contohnya yang mudah kita pahami.

Apa itu Application letter?

Application letter dalam bahasa indonesia memiliki arti surat lamaran pekerjaan.    Application letter   itu merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk seseorang melamar pekerjaan. Tak hanya pekerjaan saja tentunya juga menyangkut posisi pekerjaan yang kita impikan. Application letter umumnya berisi tentang biodata penulis dan alasan mengapa penulis melamar untuk mengisi  posisi yang diajukan.   

Dan kamu harus menjelaskan kepada HRD secara singkat tapi mampu menarik perhatian kepada HRD agar mengundangmu untuk wawancara. Mari kita perhatikan penjelasan lengkap tentang deskiripsi  struktur dan tentunya contoh application letter dibawah ini.

 

A.    description about Application letter

An application letter is simple information that contains about yourself or your identity, starting from your name, educational background, feel. An Application Letter or also commonly known as a Cover Letter is a letter that briefly describes your abilities and experiences related to the job you are applying for.

C.     Fixed expressions/sentences

1.      Heading

As the name implies, Heading is the first part of the letter or the head of the letter whose contents are in the form of sender information consisting of the name, address, telephone number and e-mail.

2.      Opening Greeting

This section contains an opening greeting using formal language. Usually in this section you can use writing in the form of the word 'Dear' which will then be followed by the name of the recipient (recruiter) and a comma (,).

3.      Introductory Paragraph

This section is part of the opening paragraph which contains an explanation that you are applying for a job or you are going to apply for a certain position at the company you are aiming for using accurate reasons for you to apply for that position.

4.      Highlighting Paragraph

This section is a paragraph that contains the special abilities that you have. Of course related to the job you are applying for. You should also be able to explain the extent of your abilities in the field you are applying for.

5.      Closing Paragraph

closing paragraph that contains a thank you to the company for considering the application you sent.

6.      Complimentary Close

This section explains that you hope to be able to discuss the job you are applying for through an interview with a recruiter.

7.      Signature

finally close the letter with a signature and full name to make it clearer.
